As I said in my earlier post, we stopped spanking. I’m not sure exactly when it happened. We just gradually stopped. We didn’t talk about it, we didn’t plan it, it just happened.
When I realized that we stopped I didn’t realize it had ended for good. I figured there would come a point when we would talk about it and possibly start again. But we didn’t. I stopped coming to my blog, I stopped reading other spanking blogs. I stopped thinking about it. Ok, I didn’t stop thinking about it. I did, however, stop thinking about it, as much.
Eventually I decided I wasn’t going to pursue it any more. It was just too much to think about. Bossman and I were in a weird place in our relationship. I mean, we were still in love, but things were just weird. Bossman wasn’t happy with our sex life and I just didn’t want to be bothered. Our lives were rather busy and it just wasn’t a priority.
We decided that 2019 should be the year we make our marriage a priority. Actually, Bossman decidedl that. I didn’t realize things were bad. I realized that we might not have been as active in the bed, but I didn’t realize it was a problem. Maybe I just had my head stuck in my private shell. I guess you could say I was just taking everything for granted, including Bossman.
The last couple of weeks we have been doing a lot of talking. Bossman brought up spanking, and honestly, I didn’t know what to think. I am actually scared to start it again.
For one thing, spankings hurt. It’s been so long since I’ve had one, I was a little scared about the pain of it. And what about the disappointment? Did I want to get myself excited just to be disappointed all over again?
In the end, I said we could give it a try. Bossman gave me a spanking last week. It wasn’t very hard but it was enough to leave some marks. I feel like we have been closer the last week. We are still talking about if and how we can make this something that will actually work in our relationship without causing so much turmoil as it did last time. I’m still on the fence on how this will work. I guess I don’t want to get my hopes up. I certainly don’t want to end up where we did last time.
We shall see how this all pans out. In the meantime, we are trying to spend more time thinking about each other and less time thinking of ourselves. I bought some relationship books with suggestions on communication and since that seems to be our biggest problem let’s hope we can get some ideas.
Bossman is the one that suggested I start blogging again. So, I guess we will see how long this lasts. HA!
This post seems very disjointed. I don’t feel like I explained things right. I am having a hard time laying out my feelings. I thought about trashing this, but I think I’ll post it and maybe write a follow up when I figure out what I’m really trying to say.
I think you get the general idea...
I hope.
I am blessed
As with most medical things, there is always a snafu. Nothing ever quite goes according to plan. So my bone scan was postponed until February 1st and my doc appointment will be the 5th. I now have a lot more time to worry about it. HA!
Although things aren’t going as fast or as smooth as I would like, I am very blessed to have health insurance. (Even if they are the ones causing me so much stress!)
I know I disappeared for a year. Don’t you hate when bloggers do that? I know I do.
2018 was a crazy year. You would think I could have blogged about it but honestly, I just didn’t have the gumption to write. I couldn’t get motivated. I considered starting a new blog, I’m still contemplating that but honestly I just lost my mojo. There was no spanking and without that, well this blog depressed me. I didn’t want to read or write about anything having to do with spanking. This blog was a painful reminder of things I couldn’t have anymore.
Like I said, 2018 was a crazy year. We sold our house, bought our dream house, Bossman became a partner in his firm, the wild child and hubby moved across the country and...I turned 50.
Yes, I am indeed blessed.
I am blessed with an amazing family, a successful loving husband, and life.
Anyone reading this is blessed with life.
Thank you to the people that read my last post and are reading this one. I honestly didn’t expect there to be readers much less comments. I am blessed to have had you all take a moment out of your day to read my words and send me good thoughts!
Also, you know all that stuff I said about not being spanked? Just when I thought all hope was lost, Bossman and I have decided to give it another try. 2 nights ago, we gave it a really good try and tonight has been promised another.
But that is a story for another day!
Yep, I am blessed!

I’m not brave
I’m not brave.
My sister asked me to give a speech for Relay for Life. Just a 5 minute speech on how it was to have breast cancer.
I turned her down.
I’m not much for public speaking. I get tongue tied and nervous. It’s just not my thing. When I told her those things, she said, “but you were so brave going through cancer.”
No, no I wasn’t.
As a matter of fact, I was a big baby. I cried a lot. I felt sorry for myself. I had panic attacks. I curled up in a ball and prayed. I retreated into my shell and didn’t even want to leave the house.
Of course, I didn’t show this side of me to the public.
See the thing is, when you are diagnosed with something, you do what you have to do. The doctors tell you what the treatment is, you research it, you listen to what they have to say and then once you decide what you are going to do, you do it.
There is nothing brave about it. Nothing at all. You just do what you have to do. You move through it. You deal with it any way you can. You cry, you curl up in a ball, you smile, you pretend everything is fine. You just do.
It’s been 9 years exactly since my diagnosis. Jan 15, 2010.
Since that day, I’ve gone to the dr every 6 months to check my blood and make sure everything is good. November, I went to the routine exam and was told my blood test came back a little high in alkaline. It’s called the ALP. Mine was slightly elevated. I mean, 3 points off. Not really that big of a deal, but still something to look at. The doc says, it’s caused from either your liver or bones. So, we wait 6 weeks and retake the test. Which meant I went through the holidays with this in the back of my mind. I retook the test, along with a different test in the beginning of January. Test shows it’s not coming from my liver. Liver is fine, but the cancer marker is slightly elevated for bones. Again, slightly.
So now he recommends a ct scan and a bone scan. I got the ct scan done and my insurance is taking forever to approve the bone scan but that is next.
I go back on Monday to find out the results.
Monday.
Like I said, I’m not brave. I cried at the ct scan. I’ll probably cry at the bone scan. Neither of these are painful, you just lay there, but still. I’ll cry.
Inside I’m panicking. I’m scared. I’m trying not to imagine my family without me.
It’s probably nothing. I’m sure it’s fine.
Seriously...I’m not brave. Not even a tiny bit.
I blew it, but I do love my lurkers!
I’ve participated in LOL since it started. And then I missed it. I asked PK when it was and then I completely forgot about it.
I’m a horrible blogger! As a matter of fact, I have no idea why you are even here reading this.
But I am incredibly grateful.
Can you believe I’ve been blogging since 2004. That’s a long, long time. If there are any that have been reading since then....well aren’t you a trooper?
Thank you so much for coming by and reading my blog. I am humbled by the comments I get and the fact that people still come by to find out what I’m up too.
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I will be spending it with my family and I am eternally grateful that I am able to celebrate with them. They are my heart.
Thankfully yours,
grace
P.S. I am also grateful Bossman pulled me over his knee and swatted my butt the other day and made a comment that we should do that more often. Hehehehe!

Still alive
Hi Folks! Bet you forgot all about me. That’s ok. I’ve been horrible at blogging.
When I last left you I was trying to walk. That was so ridiculous. I expected to be up and about in one day, instead I was down for a week unable to do anything but sit on the couch or lay down. Now, I know this sounds like it would be fun and it turns out, it wasn’t! It was boring and frustrating and I didn’t even binge watch Orange is the new black. I tell you, I am way behind!
But now a month later I am past all that and I wish wish wish I had a week to just lay around and watch tv. HA!
Just when I was getting better and able walk again, the boy had a problem. He told me his tailbone was hurting. No injury, no nothing. The only thing that changed was he got a job and was on his feet all day. So, we thought he just wasn’t used to it. Sunday morning (Oct 7) he could hardly walk. So we headed to the ER. After sitting at the hospital all day, AND watching a prisoner be evaluated AND seeing my 19 year old son’s butt crack WAY too many times, we found out he had a polynomial cyst. So, they had to drain it. And then I had to do something I never thought I’d have to do for my son. I had to buy him feminine hygiene pads. Yes, that’s right, I said feminine hygiene pads. FOR MY SON! HA! Turns out, those things are great because they can stick to the back of your pants and pad the area that got drained. You know what else is great? Calling your son and asking him what his flow is. I mean, is it a heavy flow? Light? Did he need wings? Oh did I have fun with that one!!! It’s surprising how much he didn’t appreciate my humor. I mean, come on, it was FUNNY! After the hilarity of that, I had to buy him a donut pillow. I never had so much fun at a pharmacy!
Honestly, it was painful and he had to miss a week of work so that wasn’t funny at all. But he survived and everyone is fairly healthy at the moment (everyone knock on wood).
The wildchild child is turning 27 on Wed. What the heck? She and her hubby are still trying for a baby, it’s heartbreaking to watch her go through that. It’s just not fair that some people can just blink and get pregnant and other people no matter how hard they try, just can’t do it. She’s doing her best to live her life and not get to sad about it, but I know she’s devastated that it hasn’t happened yet.
So, that’s what is happening here. My biggest stress right now is what to wear to a dinner for my husbands work. Don’t know if I mentioned it, but he’s a partner in his company now and I have to look like a partners wife. What doesn’t that even mean? I guess it means I have to look put together. HA! I usually like picking things that look good on a mannequin. What does one wear to a dinner at another partners house? A dress? A nice pair of pants and cute blouse? I don’t know. So if you need me I’ll be perusing all the websites for cute clothes. (Did I mention I hate shopping too?)
What’s going on with you? Are you ready for the holidays? If you are, I hate you!

Post op
I had my procedure yesterday and all went well...well sort of.
There were NO surprises to be found in my uterus. YAY! Doc didn’t see anything concerning. Although waiting for the biopsy report is a little concerning, the doc wasn’t concerned al all.
Really good news.
BUT...apparently, while I was under, they put my legs up in the stirrups. Apparently, I’m not very flexible. I’m not sure what the hell they did to me but my legs are HURTING! The first thing I said when I woke up is my legs hurt.
They said I could go home after I pee. HA! I had to have Bossman and the nurse help me to the bathroom and it was so painful. It’s my hips. It’s like I did 5000 squats. They said if it was that bad that I might have to stay at the hospital. UM NO! So I got up and walked like an 80 year old woman and made it to the bathroom. Then I came home!
Today is not much better. I can’t walk. I sort of shuffle. I can’t bend down to sit on the toilet, so I sort of fall backwards onto the seat. I can’t even put my pants on. GAH!
What about my uterus, I hear you asking. It’s fine! Not a cramp, no bleeding, nothing! It’s like he didn’t do anything in there at all. Honestly, I feel like they put me on a stretching machine.
So, Here I am. I can’t move. I can’t do anything at all. It’s ridiculous!
Great Monday! How was yours?
Painfully yours,
grace

Monday
You know what I hate? Well, I hate a lot of things, but Mondays are top of the list. It could be the fact that I have to have that D&C on Monday.
You know what else I hate? I hate having my blood drawn.
Here’s the thing. I’ve had my blood drawn a bizillon times. I know the drill. I do not have easy to find veins. BUT, I know exactly where they go each time. SO, when I come in to get my blood drawn and you don’t listen to me. Well, I tend to get upset. I tend to panic. I tend to FREAK the heck out!
Unfortunately, this very thing happened at the pre-op appointment. I told him exactly where to get my blood from. He ignored me. He put the stupid rubber band thingie on my arm, told me to make a fist. Then unfist, then fist...you know the drill. When he couldn’t find the vein he started slapping the area, like that was going to wake up my veins. When that didn’t work, he started looking at my hand. It was about that time that I started to panic. He then put the rubber band thingie (yes, that is the official name) on my wrist. THEN, he starts slapping my hand around, like THAT was going to wake up the veins.
I’m about to freak out and then, THEN, he tells me to go to the bathroom and run my hand under cold water.
UM...NOPE! By this time, I’m at the end of my rope. I turn my arm over and point to the spot that they always get blood from and ask again if he could just do it there. He gives me a exasperated look and looks at my arm again. Feels it and then says....and I KID YOU NOT...he say, oh, I think you are right! Then proceeds to take my blood. GAH!!!!!!
So here's hoping Monday goes much smoother than yesterday!
Tell me fun stories, I need to get my mind off this!
Medically yours,
grace

Wait...what?
So the last time I posted was in July? Good Lord! Where the hell have I been?
I'll tell you what, life has thrown some serious curve balls in the last couple of months.
Let's start with the College boy. I'm going to call him CB cuz, I'm lazy and I have a lot to tell you.
Anyways...CB has decided NOT to go back to college. *gasp*
Ok, so he's in college but, but, but....he's moved back home. He didn't leave!!!!! As most of you probably know, he went to a boarding school in high school and that means he's been living in a boys dorm for 5 years. He had enough of dorms. So says him. BUT, the real reason he stayed home is because he wants to move to Indiana. Yes, I said Indiana. Coincidentally, his internet/Skype girlfriend happens to live there. So he's going to community college here and working and when he gets enough money he wants to move. He's going to take the rest of his classes online while living in Indy and get all his generals out of the way. THEN once he's lived in Indy for a year, he can claim residency in Indy. THEN, he want to finish his schooling at a College of business that is in Indy.
I commend you if you followed all that. Trust me when I say....This is not what we had planned for him. BUT, we realized that our dreams for our son are not the same dreams he has for himself. So, for now we having him home and although I love him dearly....DEAR GOD...He is a pig! So there is that. Plus, TMI headed your way. Bossman and I have had to learn how to have sex quietly. OMG! It's so hard to have a quiet orgasim. I'm just saying...
My life is turned upside down. Did I tell you about Yosemite? We went in July, Bossman and I. We
took our RV and it was great....until the fire. Yep, huge CA fire closed roads and smoked out all the major sights. We could barely see the beautiful half dome. So that happened.
Did ya'll see the eclipse? I saw it sort of, but my son-in-law got in a car accident, so that happened. Someone tried to turn left in front of him and he couldn't avoid her. Luckily, he was fine. Well, sort of. The car was totaled. It was 4 months old. He came home and thought he was fine but the next day he wasn't fine at all. He had a huge bruise across his entire stomache from his seatbelt. His shirt was ripped. He went to the hospital and they had to give iv meds and he was on antibiotics for a week. He got a skin infection. So that happened. They got a new car, so it all worked out but it was pretty scary.
Around that same time I had gone to my doctor for a routine blood test. I'm going to talk about girl stuff now, so prepare yourself...
I told my doc that I stopped my period in January. So they wanted to get a blood test to see where my hormones were at. Apparently a normal woman in menopause has a estrogen level of 5 to 50. Mine was 759. Nobody said I was normal! Of course my doc told me to see my cancer doc. I only see him once a year and low and behold, I had an appointment with him for the next week. But before that I had to have another blood test and a pelvic ultrasound, and yes, it's as fun as it sounds! A woman shoving a wand up my hootch. So much fun! I spent the day after the test sitting at home under my blanket thinking the worst. But they called and said they didn't find anything remarkable, to which I replied...WHAT? My uterus is extremely remarkable!
But then I went to my cancer doc and talked to him. He didn't seem too concerned, but said my uterus lining is thick, like the rest of me... and I needed to see a gynecological oncologist to get another opinion. Ok fine. It seems that the meds I take for BC can cause uterine cancer. So better safe than sorry.
So last week I went to the new doc. He wanted to do a biopsy on my lining right there in the office. He said it didn't hurt and only took a few seconds. I thought I was going in for a consult and this guy wants to look in my hootch. Not in my plans but...ok, lets do it. Now folks, I have a bit of PTSD when it comes to doctors. So I tend to get a bit panicky. But I sucked it up and pulled down my pants. He got up in there and wait...what? He can't do it because I have a cyst blocking my uterus. So now I have to go in for a d and c. Apparently they want to just scrape out my uterus and take care of the cysts. Luckily this is done under general anesthesia. I just can't wait for that to happen. Suppose to happen in a couple of weeks. Should be just like a party!
I think I've caught you up on all the fun happening here in graceland.
Please tell me what you all have been up too! I need a good spanking. (story)
Dramatically yours,
grace

(story)

Summer!!!
Where or where did I leave off in this fabulous story of grace?
I am too lazy to go back and read what I wrote so I'm just going to tell you what has happened this past month.
We went to the races. Oh, I think I told you that already.
When we got home from the races I was looking forward to a couple of weekend to you know...clean my house...but no. Bossman comes to me on a Thursday and asks if I want to go to Vegas. In 2 days!
What?! Of course I want to go, but we just got home 4 days ago and why do we have to go now?
Apparently, a guitarist from the band Stryper (which is an 80's heavy metal christian rock band) was playing on Fremont street. Alrighty then...
So Stryper was Bossmans favorite band in all the world. His mother was very strict christian (unlike now which she is mus*lim) (and if you are new here...well that is quite a story and NO I'm not kidding) and wouldn't allow Bossman to play any music on his guitar unless it was christian. So he found a heavy metal christian band and he watched this guitarist play and Bossman plays a mean guitar and this guy was a HUGE influence on his guitar playing! WHEW!!!! That was a lot to say.
Well, guess who went to Vegas and guess who met his guitar hero! Bossman was super excited. He met him and he talked to him and he even took pics with him. Oh, I had fun too!
After we got home we had about a week or so and then Bossman had to fly to Washington so he could drive home with the college boy. While he was gone the wildchild and her hubby came to town and hung out with me.
College boy and Bossman made it home safely 2 days later. YAY! College boy will be home until the end of September. I'm hoping to have a fun summer of camping with him.
This week my son-in-law had to go out of town. My daughter had jury duty, so rather than have her stay home alone, I came over to her house. I'm here now. I'm just watching tv, playing on my ipad and generally having a fine time. Unfortunately, my girl got picked for the actual jury and so instead of having a girls week, I'm hanging out by myself.
Oh well, at least she doesn't have to stay home by herself.
As for spanking....ha! What is that? It always seems that when the boy comes home, that's when Bossman and I get more frisky. So stupid! I haven't given up hope...I'm still hoping. I'm always hoping!!!
So that's what's going on in my neck of the woods! What have you guys been up to lately? Any fun summer plans?
Relaxingly yours,

Merry Christmas
Last Christmas I didn't know what to get Bossman. The man has everything he could want and more!
The wildchild thought of a great gift! Tickets to a Ferrari race weekend. The track has camping spaces, so I paid for all the tickets for the three day event and reserved a camping spot and bought a hat to give him on Christmas morning with the reservations.
Guess where we are now?
So Merry Christmas to Bossman!
I am sitting in the camper watching the races! Ha!
These are really good races! I'll let you know who wins!
Speedily yours,
grace

Vacation
I had the best time!
I'd love to tell you all about it, but I'm knee deep in laundry and if you know me AT ALL, you know how much I love laundry!
So, I leave you with this picture of me.
This pic probably tells you more about my vacation than I could with words.
Also, go read this book! http://www.amazon.com/Amis-Courage-Taylor-Evans-ebook/dp/B06XSTMZ2Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1493756179&sr=8-1&keywords=Taylor+Evans!
I just read it and I'm sad it's over! I'm also sad the vacation is over.

Easter pizza
I hope you all had a great Easter. We spent ours with our daughter and her in-laws. They are all very nice people and we had a lovely time. It was nice to go somewhere since this was the first Easter without the college boy. I was sad that he wasn't here. I missed him. I missed not having the kids here to find eggs and give baskets to. I did send the college boy a box with Easter candy and stuff that I would have put in a basket. He loved it. He said he was going to have an Easter pizza for dinner. I sure hope they made a bunny out of the pepperoni.
We are getting ready for our trip to Cabo. This resort is amazing. Apparently a lot of celebrities hang out at this resort. I can see why. I mean, you get your own butler, they give you a sewing kit that matches the color of your clothes, they send up a fruit plate in the afternoon for a snack. There are margaritas around every corner. The room smells amazing due to some aromatherapy and when you walk in they have the TV sent to some nature channel so you hear the sounds of nature. Not to mention the huge patio that over looks the sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.
Last time, we landed and went to the welcome meeting and found out they were sending us home the next day because a hurricane was due to hit. We weren't even there for 24 hours when we were on a plane heading home. Talk about disappointed. Since we aren't going during hurricane season, I think we will stay a bit longer this time. The best part is, Bossman earned this trip through a company he works with so we don't even have to pay for all this!
Well, that's all that going on here. Bossman did give my butt some attention, but that...my friends is a story for another day!

Busy, busy, busy
Sadly I have forgotten all about you guys the last few weeks. Things have been crazy busy and April is turning out to be crazy busy too!
Not that I'm complaining, we have been having fun and living life! The boy came home from college and we decided to take the rv to the beach for a couple of days. The wildchild and her husband joined us for a couple of days. There wasn't a lot of people there and the weather wasn't ideal but because of that it turned out perfect. We had the beach to ourselves and it was nice a cozy in the rv when it rained.
I think I've mentioned that Bossman likes to race cars. He's buying a new race car and so we will be spending some time at the track this month. Lucky for me the track is 20 minutes from my daughters house so it's always fun hanging out with them.
Also Bossman has scored us a trip to Cabo. If you will remember...and frankly, how could you forget, a couple of years ago we went but had to come back the next day because of a hurricane. Well the same company is sending us back! YAY! It's this month so I'm hopeful there won't be any hurricanes in the forecast.
Now if you open your big book of grace, you might remember that I have a crazy mother-in-law. We spent about 4 years not talking to her. Back in June, Bossman's dad had some heart troubles and we went to the hospital. It was the first time in 4 years that we had contact with his mother. Since then, we've gotten along pretty well. She even came over for Christmas. A week before the college boy came home, she called and wanted to know if we could come over for dinner while he was home. Long story short, I had to change the date a couple of times due to camping and a funeral of a friend that I wanted to attend. BUT...I bent over backwards to make things work out. On the day we were suppose to go over I called her and she acted surprised. She said she would call back later in the day to figure out what we were going to do. Couple hours later, she sent me a hateful text. The text pretty much said she felt like an afterthought (I called her 3 times that week) She also couldn't understand why her grandson hadn't called her all week. (He's 18, I have no control over who he calls, also, he thought we were going to her house.) I was so mad and Bossman got so mad! At first I was going to respond but then I decided not to say anything. Bossman told me to leave it and that it was time to cut her off again. I completely agree. I am not going to let her treat me like crap anymore. I don't deserve that.
Let's be clear, I am a very nice, forgiving person. She is very hateful and I think she's bi-polar. I'm so tried of trying to please her. It was a good 9 months, but I'm done. Also, just so you know, I never told the college boy what grandma said, I just told him that it didn't work out going over there. He wasn't heartbroken over it.
I hope you all are doing good

28
Sunday, March 12th 1989.
That was the day we got married. I was 20. He was 20. We weren't old enough to drink. We weren't old enough to rent golf carts on our honeymoon. We were, however, old enough to get married. Nobody should be old enough to get married at 20. For heaven sake, we were just babies.
The odds were against us. In today's world the odds seem against marriage period. Marriage at that age? HA! Good luck.
We made it against the odds. We stayed married. We had two children and we raised them to adulthood. We survived health scares and old cars and top ramen dinners. We survived 10 moves and between us we survived 8 different jobs. We survived the dreaded 7 year itch. We survived family dramas. Together we mourned the passing of grandparents, fathers (mine) and his beloved sister.
We also celebrated. We celebrated the births of our babies. We celebrated the weddings of our siblings. We celebrate the births of nieces and nephews. We celebrated birthdays and holidays. We celebrated our children's graduations. We celebrated our daughters wedding. We celebrated our own anniversaries and we celebrated growing old together.
There are so many things that happened the last 28 years it's hard to recall them all. These years have been full of happiness, sadness, fear, anger, laughter. Mostly though, when I really think about it, I realize that these last 28 years have been filled with love. Actually, I didn't really have to think about it at all.
I'm not sure how I got to be so lucky. I didn't do anything to deserve this life. I didn't do anything to deserve this man. I was just a girl who wanted to roller skate with a boy. Little did I know the boy I picked was the right one. Little did I know what a magnificent life we would have.
This ride has been amazing. I wouldn't want to be on it with anyone else. I sure hope we don't have to get off anytime soon. We have so much to look forward to. We are looking forward to our son graduation college, getting married, having babies. We are looking forward to our daughter having babies. (soon please!) We are looking forward to traveling in our trailer and retiring by the beach.
I don't know for sure what the future will hold, but I do hope that whatever happens we are together and holding hands. That and making omelettes.

read this book
Elizabeth's Bondage by Nikki Sex.
If you haven't read this book yet, I suggest you leave this blog right now, head over to Amazon, because we all know you have a kindle, and download this book.
So, I don't want to give much away, but it starts off with a woman blindfolded and bond to a bed.
Really, that's all I'm going to tell you.
Here's the thing. It actually made me think. Usually, books of this nature are sort of mind numbing. Same old sex scenes, same old spanking scene or bondage scene. Don't get me wrong, I like mind numbing. But sometimes it a bit...repetitive.
I thought this book would be the same. And honestly I was looking for something that was an easy read and that might get the juices flowing, as they say.
This book was that, but more. There were some parts that made me think. Some of it just made sense. Like I was saying, YES, this is exactly how I feel.
All I know is you should read this book. And then we should all discuss it. I really would like to discuss it.
Also, My son will be home in 13 days. In case you were keeping track. Not that I'm counting the days, hours or minutes. I have WAY more important things to do.
Now I need a new book. Anyone know when Eva's book is coming out? How about a new PK book about Cal?
Thoughtfully yours,
grace

boring post
No baby yet...bummer, but we kind of thought that would happen. She felt that the timing was off so she was prepared for a negative result. We are very hopeful for next month though! Keep baby making thoughts flowing. I told her to keep everything crossed except her legs. She didn't think that was funny, but I found it hilarious! I'm just a really funny gal!
Two weekends ago we decided to take out the trailer for a little camping time. We went to a beach location not far from our house. We had a great time. It seems picking up the trailer and towing it always has it's challenges but once we get there and get settled it is well worth the hassle.
Bossman has spanked me a few times. Usually it's nothing to write about just your average spanking before sex. Not that I'm complaining. I am glad to have it back in any capacity. After blogging for so many years, it's really hard to write about spanking in an interesting way. I keep waiting for inspiration to happen. I'll be sure to let you know when that happens.
My son has been back at college since New Year's Day. This is the longest I've gone without seeing him. I miss him so much. He will be coming home March 15th. I can't wait!!!!!
I guess that's all for now. I hope you all have been having a great February.
Boringly yours,
grace

Oh baby
My daughter, the wildchild, has been having health issues. She's fine but there is one thing that is not fine. She is having a hard time getting pregnant. She's been married almost 2 years and unfortunatley they have been trying this whole time.
It's so hard being a parent and not being able to fix your childs problems. I want to fix this so bad and I just can't!
She's taking a drug now that hopefully will help. She found out today that her ovaries and tubes are all good so we are hoping...
I keep telling her that I will never give up hope. Somehow, someway, she will have a child. We don't know when or how this will happen and we don't even know if she will be the one delivering it but I KNOW it will happen.
Who knows, with this new drug, it could happen soon. I'm not getting my hopes up. (Oh yes, I AM) but I just hope it happens. As much as I want a grand baby, I just really want my daughter to be happy.
So, I'll let you know when to bring out the shawl, the cane, the dentures and the Ben-gay. And if you could, sent a baby positive thought in my daughters direction!
Thanks,
Babies on my mind,
grace

Blocked!
I don't know if this is a yahoo thing or a blogger thing but I keep getting these when I comment on someone's blog. Now, I know they aren't blocking me because I can see my comment on their blog. One of my friends sent me an email and she got the same thing when commenting and yet I didn't block her and her comment showed up fine on my blog.
So...what gives? Anybody know what's going on? Anybody know how to stop that from happening?
Also please note...I have not blocked ANYONE from commenting on my blog. I have been very blessed to not get trolls on my blog. I know they are out there, but so far they haven't snooped around here. Either my writing is terrible or my stories are boring. Whatever the case may be, they have stayed away and I am grateful for that. So PLEASE don't think I blocked you.
I love you guys! Thanks for continuing to read and comment!

It happened like this...
When I last left you I was hoping against hope that I would get some action in the buttockal area.
There was action!
It happened like this...
BAH! You KNOW how it happened! It happened like usual. Getting frisky, head to the bedroom. Pulls pants down. Faces you to the wall. Undresses all the way. Guides you over his lap. Smacks the crap out of your ass. (Wait...what?) Puts you back against the wall. Does something you cannot see. Pulls you back over his lap. Smacks the crap out of your ass again. (Ouch!) And then...well sheez, I am not going to kiss and tell! HA!
It was pretty awesome! I forgot how much it hurts. I forgot how much I liked it. I forgot how much my butt hurts afterwards. I forgot how sexy it is.
I remember now. Damn! That's good!
