If I'm not mistaken, I'm on the letter E today. Excellent!
E-mail ~ If I didn't have email I wouldn't be able to chat with all my internet friends! Whatever did we do without email?
Easter ~ I just thought of this one and it's because I just joined a choir and we are singing Easter songs! YAY Easter. Even if you don't believe in all that holy stuff, what's not to like about chocolate Easter eggs? (cadbury is my favorite!)
Ears ~ Ever since the wildchild has had her ear problems, I am very grateful for ears. Even though her ear may be a little deformed, she can still hear and THAT is most important to me!
Edward Cullen ~ O. M. G. I LOVE Edward. If you don't know who Edward is then you haven't read the Twilight books. I feel the need to explain why I am reading them. (I'm on the last one now.) Someone recommended a book club website. I went to the website and they had rankings of best and worst books. The rankings were merely people like you and me voting. I got a little upset that some of my favorite books were on the worst list. I noticed that Twilight was on the worst list too. I figured I must just have bad taste in books and thought if all my books were on the worst list then I would like this book too. I was RIGHT! Not only do I LOVE the Twilight seris, I am madly in love with Edward! He's my new book boyfriend. I'm not sure why but Edward pushes every single submissive button that I have! A book....about vampires, pushing my submissive buttons? Who'd a thunk it?
Eggs ~ I prefer my eggs sunny side up. Lots of toast or hashbrowns on the side, to slop up all the egg gooiness! Yum!
Elephants ~ Aren't they wonderful? I find them majestic and soulful.
Elf ~ If you have never watched the movie Elf, you are missing out! I love that movie and pretty much any movie with Will Farrell in it!
Well, that's my list. It's not long and not that exciting, but you know what.....
I can't get my mind off of Edward. I've got to get back to that book!
So, what are your favorite E's and how grateful are you today?
Morning Grace!
ReplyDeleteThe Wildchild's ear problems made me think of ears too. And the fact I am having troule hearing out of one of mine. If you thought a gray hair made you feel old, try cupping your hand around your ear and yelling 'what'?
I like your E's should I ever start reading again I will try your book!
Hugs,
PK
Very nice list, Grace. I'm enjoying following along with my own lists. It's interesting to see the similarities and differences on the various blogs. Thanks again for starting this. :)
ReplyDeleteEdward is very domly, the protective, possessive, really really HOT kind of domly. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, I hear ya on the ears. I took mine for granted too until last year. Never again.
Enjoy the Twilight Series! It's a lot of fun! :)
Let's see...I'm grateful for...well, I'm NOT grateful for the "Economy" that's for sure! *laughs*
Erotic zones. Yeah. I'm damned grateful for those! :)
