If only you could have seen what I saw....

You know how you need a vacation after the vacation? That's what I need right now. I also need a maid to come in and clean my HOUSE!

All in all, the trip was great. The biggest concern was the wildchild. She came home Friday and she was sick. She had a fever and everything. We were due to leave on our trip early Saturday morning. We told her that we could postpone the trip for a weekend, but she didn't even want to consider it. She was bringing a friend along and she wanted to go very badly. So, I gave her some theraflu and her fever went down. She pronounced herself well....so off we went.

The first thing we did when we got to L.A. is go to a place called Griffith Park. The L.A. zoo is located in this park. This park is MILES long. Bossman grew up in this area and he remembered that there was a little train that ran through the park and he wanted to go see it.

We found the train:

It wasn't as much of a big deal as Bossman thought. You know how things look bigger when your a kid? Well, I think that's what happened. But it was still fun!

After the train, we headed to the California Science center. Very nice museum with lots of hands on things for kids. We saw this:

And then the little man did this:

And then........

Then the wildchild fainted!

So, the wildchild was putting on a pretty good act of being well. But I could tell in her eyes that she was still fighting off whatever she had. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon, and we were at this exhibit standing in a line. We were waiting to go into a room and experience an earthquake. (Don't ask me why, as I've already experienced enough of those, thank-you-very-much!)

While we were in line, it was getting really HOT and stuffy. The little man started to get really cranky, so I pulled him out of line and fanned him down a bit as I could tell he was getting sweaty. After about a 10 minute wait, we got to go into the room. Now it was not a very big room and we were all suppose to stand on this metal floor. We were all crowded in there, and a video started. Now the wildchild and her friend were standing in front of me and we were all in the back of the crowd, except for the little man that made it to the front. Suddenly the wildchild turned and next thing I know, she's on the floor. I thought she tripped. Bossman picked her up and quickly ushered her out. I don't think everyone in the room knew what was going on as it was dark in there and it happened very quickly.

She was fine once we got out of the room. We got some water into her and she said she was feeling much better. I think the combination of heat, lack of food (we hadn't eaten lunch yet) and the medicine was the cause. In any case, it was quite exciting!

After that little incident, we headed down for some food. After the food, the wildchild and her friend and I went to the car, while Bossman and the little man went to look at a few more things.

Next on the agenda was getting to Long Beach. Long Beach is about 30 minutes away from L.A. Bossman has an Aunt that lives there, so we got a hotel in Long Beach and then the plan was to head to the Aunts house for dinner.

We got to the hotel around 4. That was nice because we were able to rest and relax before heading to dinner. The little man and Bossman and I headed to the hot tub and the girls stayed in their room and rested. The rest of the evening was GREAT!

The next morning we all slept in. I could tell the wildchild was still feeling sick, but she took advil and that seemed to help. We made sure she didn't get too hot and that she ate! After breakfast we headed to Hollywood! First we stopped on Rodeo Drive. Ooo la la, fancy, fancy, fancy!

I don't know why, but when I saw this....

I thought of all of YOU!

And when I saw this....

I realized I wanted to win the lotto!

After hanging out with the rich and famous, we headed to the Hollywood walk of fame. For those of you that may not know, this is about 3 miles of sidewalk, with famous stars. Like these....

We ended up at the Kodak Theater. If you don't know what the Kodak Theater is, just watch the Oscars this Sunday. That is where they are being held. Right across the street from the Kodak theater is this.....

While there, we saw crazy things, like these......
In case you can't tell, this guy has a house on his head...
And, see those bleachers? They are for the Oscars!

Look how crowded it is at the Graumans Chinese theater....
Here it is guys, the first picture of ME!!! Guess which one I am. Am I everything you thought I would be?? I'm trying to look for footprints and handprints. I did manage to find this guys prints....

We then took a little tour of the Wax Museum. Look at who we saw there....

After we saw them, we got invited to dinner with them.....

Then we headed back to the wild west and Bonanza......

Of course, then I headed down to see the gang from M*A*S*H....

After the wax museum, it was time to head home.

The wildchild was still sick, but I took her to the doc yesterday and he said she was fine. Thank goodness!

Unfortunately, there were no spankings to be had on this vacation. But, why do I suddenly have a fascination with belts? I've been checking out the belts that men are wearing and trying to decided if that would be a good belt to get spanked with! Do you SEE what you all have done to me? I've become obsessed!

Anyway, I sure hope you all had a great time while I was away. Has anyone seen PK? I'm hoping she's cooled down some and she isn't REALLY pissed anymore!

Home, Home at last!

Well, I can see nothing big happened around here while I was away! Everything seems just perfect!

I sure did enjoy that Friday Fantasy story that PK posted. If you haven't read it yet, you really should. Eva REALLY out did herself with this story, and I'm hoping she will do a sequel.

Our trip was great! Only problem....the wildchild was SICK! As a matter of fact, she is still sick and we are heading to the doc today. I must say, she really bucked it up and had a good time, but of course, no trip would be complete if she didn't pass out!

So, I will leave you with that little visual for today. I know for all you detail whores, this might be hard for you. But I promise, I will be back tomorrow with details and pictures galore!

Until then, use your imagination!

Thank you, but.......

I'm still away, but I just have to say.....

I didn't write it!

As much as I would LOVE to take credit for that fantastic story, I can't :(

If you want to know the reason for the trick stop by and see Eva. She will explain it all!

Also, while you're there don't forget to tell her just how much you loved her little tale. (Oh and by the way, I want a sequel woman!)

We really did have fun tricking you all, but mostly we just had fun reviving the PISSED KITTY!

So, PK.......

Will you ever forgive me?

PLEASE?

I love you! I hope by the time I get home, the dust will have settled and you will have forgiven one and all...but mostly me because hey, it wasn't really my idea.

Really, it wasn't. So if you're still mad, just remember, WASN'T my idea! Nope, I would NEVER be able to think of such a sneaky thing on my own. It was Eva! Your twin! It was her diabolical plan all along. I was just along for the ride.

Does that mean I'm an accessory to the crime? Maybe.....

But I should have a shorter sentence!

Love you!
HUGS!
grace

(Should I tell her that I even voted for myself? Hhhmmmmm probably not. Best keep that to myself)

on the road

Hey people! I'm on the road with the family, but guess what?

I got a new laptop!

So, I'm in the hotel room and thought I would drop by and say HI!

So, Hi!

Gotta run though, so I'll catch ya all when I get back!

HUGS!
grace

one more thing before I go...

Oh, don't go getting your panties in a bunch, I'm not leave HERE!

But, I am going out of town this weekend! Fun, fun, fun! We are heading down south to L.A. (I'll wave at Michael when I drive by UCLA, Theresa) We are taking the kids to see the Hollywood walk of fame and other things. I'll give a full report when I get back!

So, I thought since I was going to be gone, that I would give you all something to discuss while I'm away. I'm sure you will all find time between spankings to give this some of your attention.

First of all, most of you know I'm a Christian. I don't like discussing religion on my blog but I HAD to share this Bible verse. See, on my computer home page, I have a thing that gives me a daily Bible verse. Todays verse is....well, lets just say, it fits right in. So, here it is:

Hebrews 12:10-11
New International Version
Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

How perfect is that??

Oh man, can I ever relate to that second sentence...LOL

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next, since you all seemed to LOVE the belt clip, I thought I would share the paddle clip. I've had these clips for a LONG time. We are talking eight years or so. I know I got some of my clips from a MSN d/d message group, but it is long defunct. This next clip is the same woman being spanked by the same man. He is using a paddle that doesn't look very fun, but he KNOWS how to use it. So, lets go to the clip...

Ok, this clip is my FAVORITE! I love this clip. Just to tell you how much I love it, a couple of weeks ago, I tried playing this clip and it wouldn't work! I couldn't TELL you how upset I was. I spent hours trying to make it work. Just when I was about to give up and cry, I got it to work! Oh the joy I felt when it started playing. It's just embarrassing!

Anyway, so you can see that it's the same woman. Since the first clip showed her pulling down her panties, I'm assuming that got the belt first and is now receiving the paddle. It's hard to tell from this clip, but even though these spankings look hard, her butt isn't as red as I would think it should be. That tells me, this is probably not the first time she's been spanked.

Now, if you listen to her cries, you can tell it HURTS! After the first couple of whacks, she is begging. "Stop, please stop, I'll be good." OMG! The submissiveness of that line just gets me EVERY time!

So, there you have it. My two all-time favorite clips EVER! If anyone has any other clip of these two, I would LOVE you forever if you sent them to me!

I'm off to la-la land! Have a great weekend and try and stay out of trouble. I know it's hard, but you can do it. Actually, I take that back, get into lots of trouble, get spanked for it, and then tell ME all about it!

the belt

I've gotten some great advice about the belt. I've had numerous e-mails and some even posted about it. Thank you one and all for your wonderful advice and descriptions. I have really got to get Bossman to try it. It sounds absolutely delicious!

So in honor of the belt, I thought I would post my absolute FAVORITE clip of a woman getting the belt. I am embarrassed to admit, but I watch this clip quite often. I have a second one with the same woman and man and she's getting the paddle.

Watch this and then lets discuss!

Now, let's just talk about this video for a moment.

The reason I love this clip is because it seems very real. I absolutely hate fake spanking clips. I hate when the woman is smiling or giggling. I hate when it doesn't seem real. These are just MY feelings on the subject, you are welcome to like whatever clips you want.

I also love the dominance of the husband. (In my mind he is the husband and she is the naughty wife.) I LOVE it when he tells her to take down the panties and bend over further. His voice is deep, like Bossmans and you can tell he's not going to take NO for an answer. There is NO messing around in this video, this is a serious spanking.

If you listen closely, after she pulls down her panties, she goes so far as to say, "Please, no more."

OMG! This is truly my favorite part of this clip. For even though she pulls down her own panties and bends over the chair even further, she can't help but plead for mercy. Even though it's obvious there is going to be more, she can't help but say "Please, no more". That is so freaking submissive! I LOVE IT!

Those three little words make this video so REAL.

I just wonder what got her in this predicament. Did she get a speeding ticket? Did she over spend on the credit card? Was she being mouthy or bratty? What IS it that got her over the chair with the belt?

That is something that I think about a lot.

So, what do YOU think? What's your favorite kind of spanking clip? (don't try and deny it, you KNOW you've looked!) What's your favorite implement?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Still alive

Don't worry, I'm still here. I've been sick, sick, sick. Nothing major, just the fun head cold and coughing variety.

I'm much better now.

Oh, and I got a spanking today.

Somehow that made things MUCH better. Weird how that works.

For some reason Bossman has a thing for the backscratcher. I'm not sure where this came from. We have lots of lovely items that can be used for spanking.

We have a lovely bath brush. We have a great wooden hair brush. (I think that has only been used once or twice) We have paint stirrers and wooden spoons.

But he has to use the backscratcher.

Well, guess I shouldn't complain. The spankings have been rather on the lean side around here. I hope this is a new trend in my household and I will have more to report in the near future.

Isn't it funny how much better sex is after a good spanking?

Also, I've just realized that spanking is good for the abs. My goodness, my abs are sore tonight. I couldn't figure out why and then it dawned on me that the only thing I did different was get a spanking. Then I realized that when he spanks me, I tense my abdomen.

So, I starting thinking about how this could help me lose weight.

I mean, lets just think about this for a minute.

First, there is the whole bending over thing. Right there you are stretching muscles that you probably don't use that often.

Then, there is the whole tightening of the abdomen. I mean, every time he spanked, I was tightening those buggers.

Of course, let's not forget the tightening of the bottom. All that tensing and untensing of the bottom has got to be good for shaping our buns.

I can't forget the arms. The arms stretching and reaching behind to try and block the spanks. Perfect for the bi and triceps. The clutching and unclutching of the pillow as you try and muffle the sounds coming out of your mouth, another great exercise for your arms.

The legs also get a nice workout. The bending is good for the hamstrings and the constant kicking is great cardio.

The spanking alone is great for getting that heart rate up. Just the mere mention of a spanking gets my heart rate going quite nicely.

You know, I've noticed that my toes get a little work out too. They tend to drum upon the carpet while he's drumming upon my behind.

See? If we all had more spankings, we would all be in better shape.

Man, if only the rest of the world knew about this. Think of it. Imagine having a spanking work out video on the market. Imagine going around on talk shows and demonstrating the techniques.

What a world that would be!

and then the cop showed up....

So, remember my fun summer? Maybe I should be a bit more specific.

Remember the fun time I had when my daughter was brought home stinking drunk?

Fun, fun times!

Well, the saga continues....

The wildchild is a typical teen. She is on the phone 24/7, she listens to crazy music, she wears lots of mascara. She also does what every female teenager does. She borrows clothes from her friends.

So, if we rewind to last year, we would note that the wildchild borrowed a shirt from a friend of hers. This would be the same girl that she got drunk with.

When she came home drunk, it was pretty much a given that she wouldn't be spending any more time with this particular friend. Needless to say, my daughter still had the shirt.

As time went on, my daughter started talking to this girl again. She never went and hung out with her, but apparently they were text messaging each other.

I told my daughter to stay away from this girl. I mean really.....do I need to explain why?

But my little wildchild doesn't always listen. (I KNOW, you're shocked, aren't you?)

So, Sunday night, we are home, watching a movie, just getting the little man to bed. The wildchild had been home for about an hour. The phone rings.

In our house, we don't like to get calls from the wildchilds friends after 9:00. She has a cell phone and there is no need for anyone to call for her on our phone. Plus, we are putting the little man to bed and the ringing phone can be a distraction.

Anyway, phone rings, it's about 9:30. Bossman answers. It's the girl that the wildchild got drunk with. We'll call her S.

She tells Bossman that the wildchild has her shirt and she will get in trouble if she doesn't get it back immediately. The wildchild was out in the front yard talking to a friend. So Bossman told S that he would have the wildchild call her back in the morning. S tells Bossman that the wildchild is ignoring her calls and she really needs her shirt back.

Ok, let me stop and remind you all that my daughter has had the shirt in question for over 9 months.

Back to the story. 10 minutes after the first call from S, we get another call. This time, S tells us her name is Stephanie. We know it's not, we KNOW it's S. (Why do teens think we are stupid? Really...do I have stupid written across my forehead???)

So "stephanie" says, Oh I'm sorry, I dialed the wrong number, I thought this was the wildchilds cellphone number. This, after Bossman said the wildchild could not come to the phone.

Now, we hear a truck out front of our house. Reminder, it is almost 10:00. The wildchild looks out the window and says that is S's boyfriends truck. Bossman puts on his raincoat, for it is raining, and goes outside. He sees two people in the truck and he sees them pick up a cellphone and make a call. Guess who's phone rang?

So, I pick up the phone and the guys wants to know if he can talk to the wildchild. I ask who it is, he gives me a name. I repeat the name and the wildchild shrugs her shoulders saying, I don't know who that is. Well, it's the guy in the truck. I ask him what he wants, he says he just wants to talk to my daughter. I guess he sees my husband, for he hangs up on me and they drive away.

Bossman isn't very happy. So he calls the girls cell phone and leaves a message, saying that he would come by and drop off the shirt. Meanwhile, the wildchild is saying, I can't believe this is over a stupid shirt. I keep asking the wildchild, what the heck is going on...

Her story is, S called earlier in the evening, wanting to hang out. The wildchild texted one of her other friends saying, guess who just texted me...kind of thing. The the wildchild texted this same friend with, haha, I'm wearing her shirt.

But guess what, the girl she texted it to was with some boys, who took her phone and were looking at her texts when that text came in. One of them is friends with S, so he called and told her that the wildchild was wearing her shirt. THAT, is how this whole thing began.

Now, the wildchild doesn't understand about texting. Whether I'm texting, or even writing on my blog, you can't tell what kind of tone of voice I'm using. You can't see facial expression. So...sometimes, it's hard to know exactly what the other person means. You can take things the wrong way.

See, when the wildchild texted, haha I'm wearing her shirt. She meant it in an ironic sort of, haha isn't it ironic that she texted me and I happen to be wearing her shirt, kind of way. But the boys didn't know that, so they thought she was bragging about wearing S's shirt.

Anyway, S got Bossmans message and called my house...again. Bossman and the wildchild were walking out the door.

Bossman gets to her house and wants to talk to her parents. Well, the father is sleeping and the mother is out. So Bossman gives the girl her shirt and says, don't call my daughter again. If my daughter contacts you, she will be in big trouble. The girl says, I don't know why your upset with me. Bossman says, the last time I saw you, you brought my daughter home drunk, therefore I see NO reason why you two need to communicate with each other anymore.

Then, Bossman came home. We thought that was the end of it. Boy, were we wrong.

The next evening, around 8, the phone rings. I answer and this guy says he wants to talk to my husband. I give the phone to Bossman. It's S's dad. He says he wants to talk to Bossman. Bossman say, ok, what do you have to say. He says he's coming over to our house. Bossman says, no, I don't think I have anything to say. The guys says he's coming over anyway and hangs up the phone.

Now, we don't want any trouble. But the guy sounded pissed and Bossman wasn't sure what was going to happen next. So he called the sheriff and asked that someone come over to keep the peace.

So, they show up at our door. First, it's just the crazy mother. She starts up with the whole getting drunk incident. She tells Bossman that our daughter is too old for us to be picking her friends. She then says she would like to know what happened the night they got drunk, but then she tells my daughter...YOU BETTER NOT say that S was drinking!!! (don't know if you remember, but S drove our car home that night while the mother drove the wildchild home.)

My daughter says that yes, in fact, your daughter was drinking with the rest of us. The mother is outraged that my daughter would say such a lie.

Lets take a short poll here: How many people would believe that their child did NOT drink when her friend that she's been with the whole evening is sick drunk?

Just checking...

Anyway, the crazy father shows up at the door and starts telling Bossman that he better stay away from his daughter and that we should pay for his carpet cleaning from when the wildchild vomited on his carpet.

Bossman says, I don't think you would have liked it very much if your daughter spent the night at my house and I brought her home drunk. The crazy mother...bless her soul...says, My daughter would NEVER spend the night here. (Uh, that wasn't the point dip-shit!)

The cops finally showed up. He doesn't know what's going on, but basically the conversation goes back to the shirt (the stupid, old..shirt) The cop says, where is the shirt now? S has it. Cop says, why are we here?

Lady tells the cop my daughter stole the shirt. (I KNEW stealing coffee from MIL would come back to haunt me.)

My daughter tells the cop, no, S let me borrow it, LAST YEAR!

Cop asks crazy people (oh, did I mention, they DIDN'T bring their child with them to my house?) how old their daughter was. When they say she's 18, the cop says...

She's on her own. This is no business of yours anymore. She's 18.

So, at the end of the whole thing, they are leaving our door (finally) and the crazy father (did I mention he's about 5'8 and Bossman is about 6'4?) winks at Bossman and says, I'll be back. Like he's gonna fight Bossman or something.

Bossman asks the cop...did you just see that? The cop says to the crazy man, you're not coming back here...right? Bossman asks the cop if he can file a report and cop says if he comes back then file a report. Cop tells crazy man, don't come back or we will file a report against you.

The end.

Wasn't that a fun story?

Lets count all the people in this story that need a good spanking.

1. Wildchild needs one. That's a given, she needs to be spanked for even contacting that girl again.

2. S. That child has needed a spanking for a long time. Her parents think she is perfect and refuse to believe that their child did anything wrong. Aren't they lucky that I didn't mention that last year, this girl asked my daughter to go to the drug store with her to get a pregnancy test, but don't tell my parents.

3. Crazy mother. see number 2.

4. Crazy father. see number 2 and 3.

5. ME! (HEY, if they get a spanking, I should get one too, right?)

Ah, it's so much fun raising a teenage girl. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Junk mail fun

I was cleaning out the ole' junk mail folder and realized that if anyone actually saw the junk mail I get, they would think I was a perv. Actually, they would think I was a poor, fat, perv.

Here are actual examples of the junk mail I received. These are the subject lines.

1. Does your wife tease you for the size of your manhood? First of all, I don't have a wife. Second of all, SHAME on the wife that teases a husband for that!

2. Hottie Janice sporting her double d's. I'm guessing double d's doesn't stand for dunkin' donuts.

3. Good bye belly fat. Hello thigh fat!

4. View photos of local singles. I'm guessing Janice would not be welcomed with her doubles.

5. Someone named Phoebe sent me this one: Make it grow. Do you think she wants to tell me how to make my hair and nails grow?

6. Competitive loans. If I'm getting a loan, I definitely want one that is competitive. Those non-competitive loans, they are so boring.

7. Brenda gets double stuffed in digital qaulity. First, that is how they spelled qaulity. Second, who want to see double stuffed in analog? Third, do you think they mean oreo cookies?

8. Fallen a little low on dough? I think if your dough is low that means you didn't put in enough yeast.

9. More dvd's then you could ever jerk off too. Again, this is how they spelled it. Also, If I'm going to jerk off to something I would not want it to be a dvd. I have way more class than that.

10. Valerie wrote to inform me that... fran turned out to be a transy. Does anyone know what a transy is? Can this be cured with a pill? What is the recovery time? Is it contagious?

funny

Bossman told me a funny story about work. I just HAD to share it with you all.

Seems one of the guys at work didn't do something he was suppose to do. Bossman emailed one of the supervisors and told him the problem.

The supervisor e-mails back one very funny line:

Looks like he needs a case of red ass.

So spanko or not? I know what I think, what do you think?

blindfolds can be fun

Health update: I'm still feeling ok, the pain is going away, which it usually does after a week or two. I tried to change docs, but both that I picked said they couldn't see me until April. No more heart racing, I think I'll give that up and try horse racing instead. HA!

It was brought to my attention that doing a post on blindfolds would be cool, so I thought I'd give it a go.

First let me start with this. When I am spanked, I have a hard time looking at Bossman when it's over. I don't know why. I think it has something to do with embarrassment and possibly some shame. Not necessarily shame at what I did to get the spanking, more of the shame of letting my husband spank me. It's something that I struggle with a lot. Although I'm a spanko at heart, I still find it hard to accept. My head tells me that it's ok. There is nothing wrong with letting your husband spank you. I can even write it here, or encourage others that struggle with the same problem. BUT, letting myself feel ok with myself, that is really hard for me. Something I will probably always struggle with. So, looking at my husband after he's reddened my bottom? It's not something I enjoy doing.

Now the reason I felt the need to say all that is because this is about blindfolds.

Bossman and I started using blindfolds when we were trying some light bondage. This was before I let it be known that I would like to be spanked. Telling someone that you wouldn't mind being tied up is way easier than telling someone you want them to spank you. Weird huh?

Anyway, so we tried a blindfold and I LOVE it. Funny thing is, we haven't played with the blindfolds for a long time, so when we used them last weekend I realized how much I missed using one.

For me, it's an easy way to hide. Remember when you had a baby and would play peek-a-boo? The baby would think that if they covered their eyes then you couldn't see them. This is how I feel. As long as my eyes are covered and I can't see him, then I don't have to take responsibility for what happens. My inner submissive thrives on having no control over what is going to happen.

But the blindfold is more than that. The blindfold give me a heighten sense of anticipation. Not knowing what is going to happen next can be very exciting.

The other senses get heightened also. When you are blindfolded you can't look at the little speck of dust on the ceiling that you keep meaning to dust and never quite get around to it. You can't look at the top of the dirty dresser and think about how you should do a better job of cleaning. You can't even see the dust on the TV screen. (YEAH, like you don't do that during sex! HA!)

So lets just agree that the blindfold keeps me on track. It helps keep me focused, very focused on what he is doing to me, and less on when is it going to be over. (Not that I EVER wonder that...nope, not me) The anticipation over where he's going to touch me next and with what is enough to drive me crazy. (in a good way, of course.)

(For Bossman: I NEVER think this way, I'm only giving examples, you know I would NEVER do that. Never! Our sex is always exciting and my mind NEVER, ever, wanders! Just thought you should know. =) )

Spankings are different when blindfolded. Not knowing which instrument will hit next, not knowing where, or how hard...all more intense when you can't see. Plus you not looking down at the carpet and wishing you had vacuumed... wait, I already covered that...

To me, blindfolds add an element of mystery. Once the blindfold is on, control is lost. Bossman is in complete control after that. If he starts doing something that would normally embarrass me, I'm not so embarrassed with a blindfold on.

So, to those of you that have yet to try a blindfold....DO IT! In my humble opinion, it's very very sexy.

Not that you asked or anything....

Oh wait, you did ask.....

Ok, well there is your answer.

Thank you

Thank you so much for all the prayers and concerns. Seems I will live another day! Hooray for me!

I promise, I will get back to the blindfold post. It's still sitting in the draft box, taunting me. At first I figured it would be a nice little post, but it turns out I have a lot to say on the subject! (who knew?)

So before the end of the week, I will try and get it finished, but for now, I must recap on the health issues.

Here's the scoop. Every once in awhile, I tend to get pain that is in my shoulder, but also in my neck and chest. It's hard to describe the pain. It's not a pain that has been caused by injury. I can freely move my arms and shoulders with no problem and no pain. The pain is usually on one side or the other, not usually on both sides AND its much worse when I lay down. Laying down can cause it to be very painful and hard to breath, but usually once it "settles" it is ok. Turning from side to side while sleeping can also cause the pain.

I've gotten this pain numerous times in the past 8 years. It usually will last for a couple of days to a week and then it will be gone. I had it last December when I was so sick, and then I didn't get again until Oct.

Needless to say, I got the pain again last Monday night. It's in my right side. It hurts to breath and laying down is just not possible. Finally, yesterday morning I thought I would call the doc and make an appointment. Last time I had the pain, they thought it was infection around my heart, or my lungs. Last time the gave me anti inflammatory medication. It seemed to help. So I was hoping they would give me some more of those.

Yesterday around noon, I felt like my heart was racing. Seeing as how I was sitting on my butt watching tv, there didn't seem to be a good reason for this. I got out the portable bloodpressure taker and checked my BP and pulse. Well, they were HIGH and my pulse was in the 140's. So I tried calling my doc office, but they were at lunch. So I called Bossman, who promptly said he was coming home to take me to the ER.

When you have a pulse of 160, which is how high it was when I got to ER, well, there was no waiting for me. As a matter of fact, the moved an old guy out to the hall so I could have his room, which I felt bad about.

They took a EKG and said everything looked good there. My pulse was high and the bp was really high 181/110. YIKES. But everything else looked good.

So the doc took a look at my old records from last year and by the time he finished that, my heart rate and bp looked good.

He said everything looked good, there was really no reason for it to happen, it just did, and since I would be seeing my doc in the morning, I was good to go.

So this morning I went to my own doc. Well, actually, I saw a new doc to the practice. Since I am not keen on my own doc, this was fine with me. Unfortunately this new guy...not much better!

The good news? My heart rate and bp were fine.

Do they know what the pain is? NO. Do they care about my heart? NO.

Basically, he said that he thought my shoulder has inflammation. Now remember, I said I have complete movement in my shoulders. BUT, he starts pressing down on my shoulder, REALLY hard, like knuckles in muscle hard. Does that hurt? HELL YES! If your going to press your knuckles all the way to my BONES! SHEEZ!

So because I said that hurt, he saids I need to have cortizone shot? WHAT the HELL??

I said, nope, I'll have to think about that. Then he tells Bossman that I will probably need some therapy. WHAT? What the heck kind of therapy do I need on a shoulder that works fine? Bossman said later that maybe he meant MENTAL therapy! I only need mental therapy because HE is making me mentally insane!

Furthermore, he said that he could tell I was a worrier and that was probably my biggest problem.

So, from what I gathered is this....

1. I'm a worrier
2. I need therapy
3. It hurts when someone pushes their knuckles into your shoulder
4. Cortizon shots will cure everything
5. I hate my doctor!

Lucky for you, I will live another day.

I'm so done with doctors!

Now, I need to get finished with my blindfold post before I keel over from worry!

We interupt this regularly scheduled blog.....

I have a really nice post about blindfolds just waiting to be finished.

Unfortunately, I ended up back in the ER with my heart doing about 160.

After 3 hours (a new ER record) I was sent home.

The good news, They can't find anything wrong. The bad news, They can't find anything wrong.

So, I will go see my doc tomorrow and see if he can make heads or tails out of it.

Until then, keep me in your prayers, (if you pray) or a nice thought will do.

I promise I'll be back with a great post about blindfolds.

Is it Friday yet?

Wow, this week has gone by fast and furious. There has been a lot going on around here and it's been keeping me away from the computer.

So, lets jump right to Saturday night. When I last left you, Bossman was taking the little man to a friends house. I was pretty sure that this meant we were going to have some fun.

I was a little worried though. See there was a play-off game on TV and lord knows, my man loves his football.

When he got home, he went straight back to the TV. I wasn't too happy about this, but I figured it would be over soon, so I didn't worry to much.

1 hour later.....I was not happy. Since he was ignoring me, and since I have the sense of a flea, I huffed out of the room. I mean really, I couldn't think of ANY other way of getting his attention? Sometimes I amaze myself at my stupidness.

But, I guess the huff worked. He called me to him, but I decided I was mad, so why bother. Well, he took care of that in short order. He followed me to the bedroom and pulled me straight over his knee. It was a small spanking, just enough to get my attention.

Then we got into something more comfortable. We tumbled on the bed, kissing like we haven't kissed in a while.

Next thing I know, he's brought out the briefcase. The briefcase is where all our fun stuff is hidden so the kids won't find it. You can call it the toybox if you'd like.

He pulled out the blindfold and then he spanked me long and hard. It was one of the times where everything, including the spanking, felt really really good.

Then he lead me to the living room. He turned on a kinky show from HBO. I don't know the name, as I was still blindfolded.

We sat on the sofa and touched and kissed and I listened to people having sex on TV.

I guess we all know what happens next...don't we?

I'll tell you this, we've learned that having sex on the sofa takes a lot out of Bossmans knees. And, we ain't as young as we used to be.

But all it all, it was very, very sexy. Very passionate. And my butt was very very red the next day. I would say those are all signs of a very fun night!

So, how was yours?

I have nothing to write about, but the night is young

I was sitting here surfing the net, trying to figure out what I should write about.

There haven't been any spankings. For this I am most regretful.

I haven't seen or talked to the MIL since Christmas, so no good stuff to write about there.

The kids, and when I say kids, I mean the wildchild, have been behaving themselves.

Bossman has been working his ass off, so not much time with him lately.

I could talk about my adorable nephew. He's learned to crawl and is keeping Auntie on her toes. He has also decided to pull himself up on anything that looks remotely dangerous. He's taken a fancy to electrical sockets and sharp objects. Aren't they fun at this age? Believe me, I love every minute of it.

So, what is left to write about?

How about the fact that my daughter is spending the night at a friends house and my son just got a call from his friend, and Bossman just left to take him to his friends house for the night?

Hhhhhmmmmmmm......I'm feelin' lucky!

Real lucky!

Guess I should go put on the good underwear and light some candles. Oh shoot, do you think I have time to shave my legs? Aw crap, I know I don't have time to clean the bedroom up. Curse me and the damn laundry!!!!!

Well, I could throw everything in the closet.

Yeah, I better get going. He'll be home any minute!

Whoooo Hooooooo!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday!

snippets of Christmas

Bossman and I bought my MIL a tea set for Christmas. It is a very nice tea set and it was the very first gift we bought, a LONG time ago.

As she opens the tea set, she pulls out one of the cups. Now the cups are on the tiny side. It's a regular size tea set and it's a pattern that she collects but I admit, the cups are kind of small. So she pulls out one of the cups first and says, "wow, this is really nice, but I don't play with dolls anymore."

~sigh~

At dinner, the MIL proudly proclaims that she has been sending money to a charity and that they send her such nice handwritten letters thanking her. This is nice, I'm thinking to myself, but I'm sure the charity doesn't have time to write everyone a handwritten note every time they donate.

But still, a nice thing for her to do. (I am still thinking to myself.)

She then ruins the entire thought by proclaiming, "well, you know, muslims* believe in giving to charity."

As opposed to....what? Christians don't?

Oh and guess how much she donates? Because I know your thinking to yourself that she must have donated quite a lot of money to receive a handwritten note...right?

$30.00.

As in thirty dollars.

~sigh~

Oh and just so you don't think I'm just picking on her, I thought you should know that the church she left (the one I still attend) has a community center that opens every Tuesday to give food and clothes to the needy.

But I forgot, we are Christians, so that doesn't count. Plus, we don't send out handwritten notes to people that donate. Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention that in the 60 years she went to said church, she never donated money.

~sigh~

I bought one of my nephews a Noah's Ark little people set. While playing with it with him we started naming all the animals, because that's what you do with a 2 year old. When we got to the people I didn't know Noah's wifes name. So I named her Mrs. Ark.

Fast forward to later that evening. I ask my FIL what Noah's wifes name is because he knows the Bible like the back of his hand and he is NOT muslim with my MIL. He doesn't know the answer so he gets out the Bible. He said it doesn't mention her name. Then, my MIL says, "we should look it up in the koran, for the true story of Noah is in the koran."

~sigh~

I'll get right on that. Right after I read the torah and the book of morman and what ever it is that the other religions read.

Other than that, our Christmas was great. But here are a few things I learned about muslims that I didn't know.

1. They don't believe in paying interest for things. (but me, I LOVE paying interest, the higher the better, I always say)

2. They celebrate Christmas, but they don't believe in spending a lot of money on Christmas. (I, on the other hand, spend gobs and gobs of money.)

3. They believe in giving to charity. (I don't. I'm selfish and I hoard all my money and charge people lots of interest if they borrow from me.)

As I learn new things I will share them with you. I feel it's my duty to pass along all this newfound knowledge so that we can all be better informed!

*just so you know, I am not bashing muslims. I believe the muslims have every right to worship as they please. I am only here to bash my mother-in-law. I believe it is my right to bash my MIL whenever I see fit. Plus, she makes it so damn easy. crap, now I'm probably going to burn in hell....

Old Year wrap-up

As most of us do on New Years, I'm thinking back on the year that is finished. As I look back, I can't help but think, "what the hell did I accomplish this year?"

Well, lets see.....

January: I was still sick. I was getting better, but still the sickness was still there. To this day, we are still unclear as to what it was that actually made me sick. Luckily, it wasn't long after the new year started that I was feeling much better. January also brought me to the wonderful world of teenagers-who-don't-give-a-shit-about-school. Yes, January was fun times for one and all.

February: This was the month where I had to decide whether I should beat the wildchild, or simply lock myself in the insane asylum. Actually, it was the month we pulled the wildchild out of school and embarked on independent study program. Turns out, this was the BEST thing we ever did for the wildchild. Oh yeah, I also had a pap smear. Can you say, YUCK?

March: The month of our anniversary. Bossman and I took a little road trip to celebrate the 18 year of our marriage. After returning I found that a party had been held at my place! After sifting through 70 comments (wow) I found out who the culprits were and they were dealt with appropriately. My blog also celebrated it's 3rd anniversay. March was also the month I spoke to these two on the phone for the first time. My my, March was a busy month for me.

April: Ahhhh, April was the month we stole the coffee from Grandma! Just thinking about that mission makes me laugh. You know, she never asked about that coffee? It's still sitting in my cabinet, unused. I should have given it to her from Christmas, it would have made the perfect gift, don'cha think? Also, we got our new car. Ok, it's used, but it's new to us and we LOVE it!

May: I turned 39? Need I say more? Does this mean I will turn 40 this May? I'm gonna have to think long and hard about that one. Well, I guess I should mention that the cutest little angel in the world was born right after I turned 39. I would post a picture of my nephew, but then I would have to poke all your eyes out....or kill you. So, in order to save your eyes and lives, I'll just let you all imagine how cute he really is.

June: My little man turned 9! After celebrating that for 3 hundred weeks, I had nothing to write about. Except the wildchild got her drivers license. June was a fairly boring month. After birthdays, that is.

July: Did I mention that June was boring...cuz really, what WAS I thinking? July 1st had us dealing with the wildchild, ONCE AGAIN! Coming home drunk and stuff....wow, that was REALLY fun. If I could do that again, I so would...NOT! After dealing with that, I then had to jump head first into the wonderful world of HMO's. Oh how I love the HMO! How I would give anything if you ALL could have HMO. For if you did, we could all be in HMO HELL together....it would be fun, trust me.

August: Tonsil surgery! Whoo hoo! If it's not one thing, it's another, when it comes to the wildchild. She really kept me on my toes this summer! Did I mention she's a drama queen? I had to miss the Dodgers to nurse my little wild one back to health. Little did I know that the drama was just beginning and we would end up in the hospital numerous times with her bleeding throat. Fun, fun times.

September: After getting everyone settled into school, I thought life would get boring. THEN the little man broke his elbow in football. THEN we were told it wasn't broken, THEN we were told it was. Long story short, it wasn't.

October: This was the month we find out the MIL has decided to turn muslim. The once, very strict christian decided that christians were evil and she should be muslim. Not that she's ever worshiped with another muslim before. In our house we call it her "internet" religion. Not that I am against muslims...No sirreee, not me. But it's her, it's family, it's just WEIRD!

November: My wildchild turned 17. GAH! When did this happen, and where was I? You turn your back for one second and BLAM, they go and grow up on ya! Sheez....
Hooray for me, I didn't get sick this year on Thanksgiving! I celebrated with the muslim! I wonder if now that she's muslim she'll still try and still my coffee? I'll let you know!

December: I made it through the year! We had a terrific holiday! Everyone is healthy and happy. Life is good and I'm looking forward to a great 2008!

So, that's my year in review. If your still reading it, I just want to know WHY?? Pretty boring year, in most respects. But hey, it was my year and I LIKED it!

Anything you'd like to share about YOUR year? Please feel free. I love finding out what others have done.

As for resolutions, I gave those up a long time ago. What's the point in making one, just so a week from now you can feel bad about yourself that you didn't keep it?

But I'm still hoping for one thing. This one thing would make my year complete

I'm still going to hope for more spankings! That, and that I win the lotto!

Happy New Year everyone!!!

Hhmmmm.....

My vanilla friend gave this to me yesterday. A late Christmas present.

Of course you know where my mind went.....wouldn't yours?

I wonder what THAT is gonna feel like.......

And will it leave a smiley face on my behind?

Twas two days after Christmas....

Twas two days after Christmas
and all through the house
there were wrapping and
trappings strewn all through the house

The stockings were flung
on the floor without care
with signs that Saint Nicholas
had already been there....

YEP....this exactly describes my house right now! It's in shambles and I LOVE IT!

Oh baby, we had a great christmas! Everyone got everything their hearts desired and more. I guess none of us made it on the naughty list....

Although, I'm demanding a recount on that!

In any case, Christmas came, and Christmas went. Did it seem like it came awfully fast?

I know, one minute I'm complaining that the decorations are up the day after Halloween and the next I'm complaining that Christmas came to quickly! I guess there is just NO making me happy.

Hope your Christmas was as great as mine!

And now let me be the first to say.....

Happy New Year!!!!

A very Merry....Whatever!

Lock down

Yesterday my daughters school had a frightening incident. Luckily, the wildchild was not on campus! She was at a choir performance that they had at the hospital. It was lunch time.

Apparently, some kids decided to fight. But this was a pretty bad fight and it was at lunch time. The principal called for a lockdown. They rang the bell, 10 minutes early, and all the kids that were on campus had to go to class. They locked all the gates into the school, so anyone that was off campus couldn't go to class.

The wildchild frantically called me, to tell me that they had just arrived back on campus and there were at least 10 police cars and an ambulance on the scene. The gates were locked and nobody was around to find out what they should do. They got scared, thinking there might be a shooter on campus, so they were smart enough to realize that they should get OUT of there ASAP. She called to tell me that they were heading to our house.

I wasn't home at the time, but I was thankful that she was ok. I was heading to the little man's school, for he made the honor roll (HOORAY) and he was having an assembly. While we were at the assembly, we got a call from the high school telling us it was in a lock down.

Now, since I already knew this, and I knew the wildchild was at home, I wasn't worried. BUT, I started thinking.

What if I didn't know? What if my daughter hadn't called me. What if she was on campus? The call didn't say WHY they were on lock down. So, how were we suppose to know if our children were safe?

On the news that night, they interviewed some of the kids. I guess they were locked in the classes for 2 hours. I guess they were NOT informed as to why there was a lock down, so they didn't know what was happening. Some of the kids thought there was a shooter on campus!

Don't you think they could have at least announced that there wasn't a shooter, or that they were safe?

My daughter was not on campus, but while she was home, kids from her 5th period were calling her because they KNEW she had been on campus earlier in the day and they were worried about her. They didn't realize that she had left with the choir. She was able to tell her friends that it was about a fight. (because they scrolled it across the TV)

Anyway, I'm glad they were able to contact us, the parents, as quickly as they did. I only hope that next time they try to inform us a little bit further so they don't have frantic parents running down to the school because they think there is a shooter on campus. (Which some parents did!)

While I was at the assembly, other parents were receiving the call from the high school. Some seemed upset and weren't sure what to do. But I notice that they did get a hold of their student so they stayed for the assembly.

So, hows that for excitement?

In further news, lets go back to the whole HONOR ROLL thing. In case you missed it.

Yes, the little man is ON the HONOR ROLL!!! I am sooooo proud of him! I get to be one of those parents with the honor roll bumper sticker! Although, kudos to my sons school for giving the kids the plastic clingy thing to put on our car instead of the big sticky bumper sticker! They also honored them with a free dinner to Applebees and a free pass to the head of the lunch line, which is always good on pizza day! Of course it wouldn't be complete without the honor roll pencil and ribbon and certificate. This really was an honor for him and he was so proud of himself. Then they had the kids pass out cake and punch to all the parents in honor of them supporting their kids! How cool was that???

So, in conclusion, I would like to say, both of my kids are doing well in school! I haven't been able to say that for a very long time! But I don't know if I mentioned that the wildchild did not receive a singe D or F on her report card. Not only that, but she had to take night classes to make up for the classes she did fail over the years and she passed those too!!!! Looks like she will definitely graduate!

Have a great weekend everyone!!!

file this under miscellaneous

I am so sucking at blogging right now! I feel like I have nothing to say.

I've been very busy, as most of you are, getting ready for the holidays. I am truly grateful that I am well enough to be busy this year. But still...I can't think of anything to write about.

Did I mention I got a Kirby vacuum? Oh YEAH baby! This is the big dog in vacuums. Let me tell you something, after vacuuming with the Kirby, I feel like a gross disgusting PIG! You should see the crap that is coming out of my carpet. Even after you vacuum it, MORE comes out. I think I live right over a dirt hole. If I keep vacuuming, I might actually make it to China. I'm sure if I peel back the carpet, I've already got a nice size hole going.

Also, I have too many christmas decorations. How in the world did I obtain 6 big plastic bins full of christmas stuff? And I can't bear to throw any of it away. Even the little glass bulbs whose paint is chipping off. I can't throw it out. ARRRGGGHHHH!

Anybody else bothered by people that put out their christmas lights BEFORE Thanksgiving? Pretty soon we will be starting the holidays at the end of halloween. Here it is the second weekend of December and I feel like we have fallen behind because we just got our tree. What is up with that? I'm still one of those old fashion gals that likes a real tree. If we put that up thanksgiving weekend, it will be DEAD by christmas and all the needles will be on the floor and all that will be left are branches.

Well, I guess that's enough whining for awhile.

Did I mention the terrific spanking I got on Friday?

I suppose you all want details.

The problem with writing about spanking is it always sounds the same to me.

Panties down
smacks to bottom
ouches and owies
touches and rubs
great sex

I can't seem to figure out how to write about a spanking without it sounding like the "same ole' thing".

Maybe I just need some more inspiration.

That must be it.

I'll tell Bossman to inspire me some more.

I'll let you know when I get inspired.

But meanwhile, know this. I am getting GREAT sex lately. Along with some GREAT spankings.

Yep, I'm a very lucky girl.
